"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I suggest you discontinue leaving these large blocks of text on peoples user pages. You can just as easily be banned for calling out another deviant in this manner, and once you sent your proof to the help desk, the dA administration will deal with it accordingly. It is not your job to profess to the nations of this business, if your research is founded enough and proves itself well, that's all that is needed. No need to get everyone else involved in the drama.

I SO don't appreciate you littering my userpage with garbage; you didn't back up ANY of the claims, all the links mysteriously don't work.
As far as I'm concerned, it was a low blow to attack someone with throwing false accusations around.
Instead you could note me or SOMETHING instead of stamping my page with some ridiculous attempt for attention. My userpage is for MY art, okay? Not for your little 'stand'.
I've recognized and proved 9 artwork in his gallery are stolen. I don't know the other ones but for those 9, i've reported copyright policy violation to DA admins.
Nothing have been changed on the pictures except the signatures of real artists.
Still he is trying to stand this by saying "i've used them in my mixed medium works and noted the real artists name under them"

When you accuse someone of something, make sure the links to the original artwork actually works too.
I don't believe you at ALL (yet... I have no problem being proven wrong). I hope you tried to Note him first before tainting his wall with such an accusation - it isn't right for someone to steal, but play fair and don't be rude about it.
taking a whole bunch of other artists' works is far from stealing. So i don't have to note him because of this.
I'm saying again, this is really sick, if he is not an underage kid!
Wow, thats really strange and the Dragon person. I don't see what the point is of taking other people's artwork and claiming it as your own because when people comment about it they are commenting about the art and not the person, and the art isnt his. So it's basically pointless, unless he's some sort of creepy person that can't get people to talk to him in any other way, but thats just weird.
